The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two-time world heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it emphasized just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is really going ahead.
